“All of the Flowers” is an exploration of life from birth to death. This is a personal work from reflecting on own my mom’s struggle with dementia for several years through her death. Following her death, I thought about what her early life must have been like. This is a generalized abstraction of her experience due to the challenges of expressing the depth of that perceived experience. .
